We can provide a wide range of services depending on your needs – from assistance with meal preparation and planning, to support you with tasks around the home, personal care, overnight stays and most importantly companionship. Developing an overall knowledge of the consumer health status, environment, past experiences, interests and especially building relationships with their family. The Sunrise team will implement care plans and goals that are a range of strategies which include exercise, reminiscence, music, multi-sensory and pet therapy.

Post Hospital Care /24 hour care
Returning home from hospital can be very overwhelming and it is important that you feel safe and supported to regain the confidence to live independently. Our care team will develop a wellness and reablement plan to assist you in your rehabilitation. If you are requiring extra help we have registered nurses, care and life-style workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapist who will endeavor to support you through your recovery. Respite Care
In house respite care is available to our consumers who are needing a break from their home duties. If you need some relax time to rejuvenate our caring team can provide personal care, continence management, assistance with medication, meal preparation and companionship.
